Sue feels fortunate to have completed her yoga teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist (dynamic Vinyasa) and Per Hoglund (Ashtanga Vinyasa), on the 200 hour training with the Power Yoga Company. Inspired by her own experiences and the knowledge gained, Sue now seeks to inspire others in the classes she teaches.

Sue loves the physicality of yoga and this comes across in her classes. Her classes provide an uplifting experience that both calms and invigorates the body and mind.

She currently offers classes, workshops and retreats worldwide in Vinyasa Flow yoga, that combine the precision and alignment of Iyengar, with the breath and dynamism of Ashtanga. She enjoys being creative in her classes, and loves challenging practitioners to discover what their bodies are truly capable of, while maintaining a sense of humour and playfulness. Specialising in teaching both children and adults, she uses her background as a dancer to choreograph imaginative sequences that move seamlessly from one posture to another, in a dance-like flow of breath and movement.

Adrianna Zaccardi
Mindful Flow

Adrianna’s teaching style is an expression of her spirit. Her classes are rooted in clear alignment, mindful, playful, and encourage curiosity and exploration. She chooses to recognise and facilitate the human desire for connection – not only within the body, mind and spirit, but also within our relationships, our communities and nature. With a gentle laugh and smile, Adrianna encourages her students to recognise that despite its transformative value, yoga can present an array of emotion and experiences.

Adrianna came to yoga 10 years ago and has not looked back. After her 10 years playing high level basketball in Australia, a friend introduced Adrianna to yoga. Her natural curious nature was sparked upon embarking on this ancient practice, as it truly provided a space for her to explore not only the physical body, but the subtle layers of the self.

In addition to undertaking two 200hr internationally accredited trainings (2012 Duncan Peak, Power Living Australia, and 2013 Eoin Finn, Blissology Yoga), Adrianna has been under the close mentorship of well recognised London based senior teacher and renowned teacher mentor, Naomi Absalom.

Adrianna’s classes have become a natural space for her students cultivate a space for self-reflection, to feel what is happening across all layers of the mind-body. Her sensitivity opens her up to the depth of the energetic field, where she embodies the subtle shifts of energy, translating them into thoughtful questions to pose to you as you practice. Adrianna’s intention for her students is to create a space for you to cultivate knowingness, build your intuition and trust what you discover as you listen to your body. A space to explore, discover, and return.

Cloudia Hill

Jemima Croker
Yoga Teacher

Jemima believes in Yoga as a way of life that allows for total transformation. She journeys to India each year to deepen her practice, exploring the healing powers of asana, pranayama and meditation and is eternally grateful for the teachers and friends that have inspired her along this path so far.

Jemima's teaching is constantly evolving as she explores new pathways in which to explore the physical and emotional body. She teaches in a way that cultivates an embodied recognition that the body, mind and spirit are connected. Her intention is to remind students that physical Yoga is the first step on an inward journey; that feeling the interconnectedness within our own bodies helps us realise our connection to others, our environment, to mother nature and the elements. It is a strong practice which aims to enhance the prana (energy) throughout all the channels of the body, leading the body through the fundamentals of an effective Hatha Yoga practice (standings, twists, backbends, folds and inversions) and some more unfamiliar pathways that cultivate strength and stability.

Jemima has been practicing yoga since her teens and qualified as a teacher at Ashiyana’s Yoga Centre in India in 2015. As well as being self taught, she continues to study with teachers from diverse backgrounds such as Mark Whitwell, Shiva Rea, Alaric Newcombe, Emil Wendel and Simon Borg Olivier.

For Jemima, Yoga offers you the opportunity to form an intimate relationship with yourself and that, with practice, the experience of asana (physical postures) becomes a heightened experience of being life itself. She hopes that the practice sparks an enquiry into the relationship you have with yourself - body, mind, spirit - so that you are able to cultivate qualities of awareness, acceptance and connectedness and bring them off the mat and into the world of interpersonal relationships.

Laura Bartle
Pregnancy Yoga

Laura developed an interest and began ‘practising’  Yoga as a teenager purely for fitness reasons (using a VHS in her sister’s bedroom). As an adult her home practice continued, but she still hadn’t attended one class. She always skipped the meditation bit at the end of the DVD. In 2009, it was suggested to her that she might benefit from physically going to a class and she fell in love with Yoga all over again. Her practice improved from being talked through postures and hands on assistance.   She actively participated in the meditation and relaxation she'd always avoided and learnt so much more. She loved what Yoga and meditation did for her body (inside and out), mind and soul.

Laura decided that she would love to share her passion and knowledge with others.  She qualified as a 200hr Yoga Alliance/REPS registered Hatha and Vinyasa Flow teacher. She has taken part in a variety of classes over the years including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Scaravelli -all of these experiences influence what she teaches in her classes. She places an emphasis on stress reduction, mindfulness and self compassion when she's teaching. She regularly attends a variety of classes to keep her practice fresh and in 2017 she completed her pre and post natal training.

Risa Gabrielle
Mindful Flow
Yoga came into Risa's life more than a dozen years ago when she was assigned to write a newspaper article about a new studio in town. It was a happy accident as she didn't know how much she needed it or how much it would change her life. She was drawn to the asana but stayed for the transformations. Personal challenges with anxiety, stress and migraines were soon eased by practicing yoga. This is the magic of yoga that Risa revels in sharing as a teacher – how it can shape and improve life far beyond the mat.
Risa's classes are accessible and filled with warmth, inspiration and humour – all backed by a motivating soundtrack. She invites her students discover what their bodies need and what their minds can let go of. Risa teaches across London, ranging from mindful flow and beginner's courses to dynamic vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, and she specialises in yoga for sleep and insomnia.
