Which asana is your nemesis?

Oooohhh Hanumanasana!  

What is your guilty pleasure?

A chai latte from Costa! Its like a warm hug in the winter!  

What did you have for breakfast this morning?

Hot water, lemon and ginger, followed by a full power green smoothie ( Kale, spinach, apple, more ginger, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, wheatgrass and spirulina)  

Run to catch the bus or stroll and wait for the next one?

Hmmm...stroll!

North or South of the river?

Ive always been a south of the river girl but I do love the north on occasion!

Where is the most unusual place that you've practised yoga?

A cliff edge at the most southern and western point of Mexico as the sun rose in the east - stunning! 

What food could you not live without?

Ginger!

Tell us a secret skill we didn't know you had.

I used to nod off in meditation during my Teacher Training! Training for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for 3 months was a total sleep killer!

Naz teaches Hridaya Yoga at 1pm on Wednesday, Hatha Flow at 12.15pm on Thursday and Restorative Yoga at 6.45pm on Thursday.
