Which asana is your nemesis?
Eagle Balance – I always fall out.
Run to catch the bus or stroll and wait for the next one?
Neither, I use a Piaggio scooter to get round town.
What is the soundtrack to your life?
You can’t always get what you want.... but if you try..... (sometimes you just might find you get what you need...)
North or South of the river?
South – I’ve lived in Wandsworth for years
Who, in the world, would you most like to high five and why?
My Guardian Angel
Where is the most unusual place that you've practised yoga?
We used to practice in a place called “The Shala”. When it closed we moved to a basement in Battersea – it wasn’t very nice but better than nothing and a great stop-gap for a few months – The floor was covered with a hairy carpet that kept on slipping around– in a nod to the former venue we nicknamed it “The Scuzzla” – Good times though!
What is your mantra for life?

Tell us a secret skill we didn't know you had.
Sewing – I’m a child of the 70s – we had to learn how to sew patches onto our jeans!
