Small Group Pregnancy Yoga Course to nourish and support you on your journey to becoming a mother.

Emma will guide you into appropriate postures, stretches and breathwork, that will create a deeper mind/body connection as well as giving you time to bond with your growing baby.

Pregnancy yoga is known to improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and help prepare you for labour and birth. It can also help alleviate discomforts such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

This safe and supportive class provides the space for you to nurture yourself and your baby while connecting with other expectant mums.

The class begins on April 29th, from 19.00 - 20.15. 

We have limited this to 6 people to ensure a cosy, intimate group where each individual can feel fully supported and have enough space to relax.

Pregnancy class packs are available for £100, offering a discounted price for purchasing 6 classes (to attend within a 2 month period). We encourage a regular practice to truly experience the benefits that Pregnancy Yoga can offer.

Drop in classes may be available if space allows.

Suitable for ladies who are in their 2nd trimester onwards.
