I’m sure you have, most of us have at some point during our lives. The more interesting question is - what do you do when this happens?
If you're a yoga lover, I’m guessing you’ve probably turned to your mat. It’s no secret that yoga can boost your wellbeing and happiness. 60 minutes on the mat can help you to relieve stress, unclutter your mind, get more focused and see things from a new perspective.
The only downside is that it can be a challenge to hold on to this once you get back to the daily grind. Life just takes over and before you know it, you find yourself on that dreaded hamster wheel again. Yes, it’d be great to practice yoga every day to constantly stay grounded and inspired, but not everyone is able to fit this into their busy life.
