Have you ever found yourself feeling stuck on a hamster wheel — running yourself ragged, but not really getting anywhere?

I’m sure you have, most of us have at some point during our lives. The more interesting question is - what do you do when this happens?

If you're a yoga lover, I’m guessing you’ve probably turned to your mat. It’s no secret that yoga can boost your wellbeing and happiness. 60 minutes on the mat can help you to relieve stress, unclutter your mind, get more focused and see things from a new perspective.

The only downside is that it can be a challenge to hold on to this once you get back to the daily grind. Life just takes over and before you know it, you find yourself on that dreaded hamster wheel again. Yes, it’d be great to practice yoga every day to constantly stay grounded and inspired, but not everyone is able to fit this into their busy life.

If this sounds familiar to you, make sure you come to our Yoga & Coaching ‘2014, Get Set GO!’ workshop this Saturday 18th January.

Yoga and coaching are a perfect combination if you want to make the benefits of yoga last. Whilst yoga helps you to get focused and connect to your intuition, coaching helps to get this onto paper and transform it into tangible goals.

If you’ve ever felt that spark of motivation or inspiration whilst practicing yoga, but then totally forgot about it after, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

The combination of yoga & coaching is an exciting, unique and fun new way to boost your wellbeing, happiness and fulfillment, and I’m so proud to be working with Natasha Moutran, vinyasa yoga teacher here at Samsara, to offer this workshop to you.

If you want to make 2014 a year to remember, then make sure you join us!

It was through the combination of yoga and coaching that I decided to hand in my notice and quit my corporate job to follow my dreams (read more about my story here). If it can do this for me, it surely has the potential for you too to feel energised and inspired to make some big changes in the year to come.

See you there!

Much love,
