With Easter just around the corner it can be tough to say no to the array of chocolate displays everywhere you look. But if like us, you love chocolate but don't want all the bad stuff that comes with it, why not make your own easter eggs?

Just one of the delicious recipes in this awesome eBook, Simple Steps to Ditching Sugar, these tahini bliss balls can be moulded into easter egg shapes to give you that sweet chocolate taste without any of the nasties.

150g tahini (you can use light or dark)
3tbsp raw honey
6tbsp raw cacao powder
Desiccated coconut or chia seeds for sprinkling on top

Mix everything together (bar the coconut or chia), roll into balls then holding one end, apply a little pressure to the other end to make it more egg shaped, then sprinkle with chia seeds or coconut and pop in the fridge to set. Store them in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer if keeping them for longer than 4-5 days.
