Federica De Nardi
Federica’s first step into the world of beauty therapy and wellbeing started with her enrolment on a make-up course, leading her to complete a Beauty Therapy diploma in her native Italy.
It was during her diploma training that Federica began to truly appreciate massage as a form of communication. This is what sparked her love for the practise and spurred her on to develop her skill in the art of massage going on to complete reflexology courses including the “Dien-Chan” Facial Reflexology technique.
Beginning her massage and beauty therapy careers in the Hotel spas of Italy, Federica then loved to London and soon after discovered the world of Ayurveda. At this point she began working at Ayurveda Pura where she developed her love for Ayurveda and her skill in its practises and therapies.
Federica’s approach to massage and beauty treatments is always holistic.
Her view is that only with a harmonious balance between Beauty (Body), Wellbeing (Soul) and Health (Mind) can we truly begin to find love for ourselves. This to her, being the real definition of beauty.

Abi Manders is a holistic nutrition and health coach, mum, yoga teacher, business woman and food lover. Her goal in life is to help people take charge of their own health and happiness.
In a previous life Abi ran global corporate events, operated at a million miles an hour and used yoga to find balance in this crazy world we live in. She completed her 200 hour Hatha Flow Teacher Training with Raphan Kebe in 2013, and it was during this time that her love of food and yoga collided.
Through 10+ years of personal experience and studying with the world's largest nutrition school; the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Abi has realised that health is about so much more than food and exercise. You can eat the 'best' diet in the world and have a regular fitness routine, but if something isn't working for you in your job or one of your relationships, any number of health related illnesses could arise.
Abi’s holistic (whole view) approach to health helps people make food and lifestyle changes that will nourish them on all levels, be it physical, mental or emotional.
